SHOPPING POLICY:

PENS:
To claim an item during a Facebook or TikTok LIVE, simply comment "Claim word provided" in the comment section.  Whoever shows up first in the comments (during a LIVE show) gets it!   
TUMBLERS:
Pick out tumbler and wrap, check out and let's make it LIVE!

Prices:
All Beaded items are $6 each.  Tumblers vary in price.
PLEASE NOTE:  All regular and stylus pens come with 1 refill.  All pencils come with 12 refills.  Tumblers come with straws.

Shipping:
Flat rate of $6 for the entire week!  Orders over $100 ship for FREE.

Orders are processed within 24 hours after invoices have been paid and shipped the following Monday.  All orders will ship with a tracking number which will be sent to you via your provided email address.
 
Payments - FACEBOOK SALES:
We invoice via Square where all payment methods are accepted.  Weekly invoices will be sent your provided via email every Saturday morning.  Payment is expected by midnight on Sunday.  If payment is not received, your invoice will be cancelled, and all items will be returned to inventory stock (unless you have worked something out with me). 

Payments - TIKTOK SALES:
You will pay via this website during the TikTok LIVE. 

***Important:  We follow the 1 strike rule - if you get 1 cancelled invoice, you will not be allowed to shop with us again.  No exceptions!  Please do not claim items if you don't intend to pay for them.***

Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us!  We take pride in creating custom products to your individual style. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

Custom Orders:
Due to the personalized nature of our custom cups, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on items once they have been personalized.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS ). All shipments are insured, and the carrier is responsible for reimbursing damages that occur during transit.

To file a claim with USPS:
Visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and follow the instructions.

Please keep all packaging and the damaged item until the claim is fully processed, as the carrier may request inspection. Clear photos of the damage and packaging will be required. If you need any supporting documents from us, feel free to reach out.

Important Note: If the item was received without any visible damage or issues, we are unable to offer any replacement or refund for the broken cups that occurred after delivery.

Order Issues:
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item received), please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
